and I just got back from the midnight premiere here in Orange County and all I can say is that this movie is one wild, beautiful, exhilarating ride, especially in 3-D and I-MAX. It's definitely a feast for the eyes, but with a big, wonderful heart and story to go along with the breathtaking visuals. Go see it!

I'm still in a state of shock and disbelief, really, and I am hugely honored to have something of mine featured alongside some of my favorite artists. BADRAP is holding a photo contest, and the top 13 winners will appear in a calendar. I've entered Lucy and could really use your votes. You have to make a donation of at least $5 to vote (and that $5 will earn you 5 votes), but the money raised will help BADRAP's efforts in pit bull rescue, breed education/stewardship and community outreach. They truly are a great voice for these amazing and much maligned dogs and their owners.

I would, of course, be thrilled to have Lucy's photo in the calendar, but we'll need lots of votes to make it into that top slot.
